In this portrait-oriented illustration, Rakos utilizes a bright, saturated palette to redefine marine life through a cartoon lens. The composition focuses on the friendly silhouettes of whales, rendered with clean lines and a sense of weightless movement that fills the frame from top to bottom. By stripping away traditional realism, the artist emphasizes the spirited personality of these sea creatures, making the vast blue feel intimate and inviting.

The digital medium allows for crisp color transitions and a polished finish that highlights the whimsical nature of the subject. Each element is placed to guide the eye through a rhythmic underwater scene where the focus remains on the expressive qualities of the characters. It is a cheerful study of the ocean that prioritizes imagination and a lighthearted visual language.
