Ordering

How does ordering work?

Choose your artwork, pick a size, and select framed or unframed. Each piece is then made to order just for you. You'll get an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking once it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every piece is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within a few hours of ordering — and we'll do our best to amend it before production begins.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Digital gift cards are delivered instantly by email and can be redeemed on anything in the collection. See our gifting page for more.

Framing & Quality

What are your frames made of?

Frames use a solid wood 20mm profile in your choice of colour and finish, with a premium acrylic glaze that's lighter and stronger than glass and filters UV light. Everything arrives ready to hang. Read more about framing.

How are the prints made?

Every print is an archival giclée — produced on museum-grade fine-art paper with pigment inks rated for a colour life of 100+ years. More on our printing.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Our 12-colour giclée process reproduces colour and tone faithfully. Bear in mind that every screen is calibrated differently, so very subtle variation is normal.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

As each piece is made to order, please allow a few days for production plus shipping. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Full details are on our shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we produce across the UK, USA, Europe and Australia and ship worldwide, with orders made close to you wherever possible for faster, safer delivery.

How are prints packaged?

Unframed prints ship rolled in rigid tubes; framed pieces are protected with reinforced, plastic-conscious packaging to arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Guarantee

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 100-day guarantee. If a piece isn't right, contact us within 100 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. See shipping & returns for the details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if that happens — it's rare. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement straight away.

Caring for your art

How should I care for my print?

Hang away from direct sunlight and humidity where possible. Our acrylic glaze filters UV, but as with all fine art, indirect light preserves colour best. Dust the glaze gently with a soft, dry cloth.

How do I choose the right size for my wall?

As a guide, art should fill roughly two-thirds of the space beneath it. Our size guide lists exact dimensions, and each product page previews every size.
