This composition is organized into two distinct sections against a plain white background. The top half contains three light purple brushstrokes stacked one above the other. These marks have uneven edges and visible streaks within the color. In the lower half, the words are centered to balance the weight of the strokes above. The arrangement uses a mix of lettering styles to present the motivational phrase mentioned by the artist.

The word "Choose" appears in a grey serif font, providing a stable base for the more fluid word "Happy" that sits on top of it. This second word is written in a purple cursive script that matches the tone of the brushwork above. Because the cursive lettering overlaps the grey font, the two words appear as a single unit. The purple color is used throughout the piece to create a sense of inner peace and serenity.

This artwork belongs to a series of similar designs, including a version featuring a turquoise color scheme instead of purple.
