In this expansive landscape piece, Carla Daly reimagines the world map as a lively habitat for creatures great and small. Each continent is defined by its distinct residents, from lions roaming the savannahs to penguins huddling in the icy south, all rendered with a soft, approachable geometry that prioritizes character and charm. The wide orientation provides ample space for the eye to travel, making the vastness of the earth feel accessible and full of stories.

The artwork balances educational structure with a whimsical aesthetic, using clear outlines and a bright palette to distinguish land from sea. By placing animals in their native regions, Daly creates a visual dialogue about biodiversity and the interconnectedness of our planet. The result is a piece that feels both organized and adventurous, grounding the viewer in a world where every corner holds a new animal friend to meet.
