In this composition, Ristova explores the kinetic potential of the line, allowing fluid shapes to cascade vertically across the frame. The work avoids rigid geometry, opting instead for a series of organic undulations that mimic the behavior of water or smoke. The varying thickness of the blue strokes creates a sense of depth, where some paths seem to recede into the background while others surge forward with bold clarity.

The portrait orientation emphasizes the downward pull of the abstract forms, grounding the viewer in a singular, focused movement. By stripping away representational detail, the artist directs all attention to the tonal shifts within the blue ink and the white space that breathes between each curve. It is a study of balance and momentum, capturing a moment of suspended animation within a larger, ongoing flow.
