In this work, Ristova utilizes a vertical format to emphasize the upward reach of plant life. The composition centers on a vase that serves as both a literal container and a metaphorical anchor for the abstract botanical elements. By stripping away unnecessary detail, the artist focuses on the interplay of line and negative space, allowing the viewer to appreciate the skeletal grace of the foliage as it interacts with the vessel's silhouette.

The piece relies on a sophisticated economy of form, where the botanical subjects are reduced to their most essential gestures. The portrait orientation reinforces a sense of quiet dignity, framing the arrangement as a singular, focused study of life and structure. Ristova’s approach invites a slow observation of how natural shapes can be reimagined through a lens of abstraction, turning a simple floral arrangement into a rhythmic dialogue of curves and planes.
