In this digital illustration, Müller explores the intimacy of a portrait that balances graphic clarity with a warm, approachable sensibility. The composition relies on the interplay between the woman and her spotted companion, using the vertical orientation to draw the viewer into their private, synchronized space. The artist utilizes flat planes of color and intentional line work to define the figures, creating a sense of weight and presence without unnecessary ornamentation.

By focusing on the physical proximity of the subjects, the work highlights the rhythmic patterns found in nature—specifically the distinctive markings of the cat. The simplicity of the background ensures that the emotional weight remains on the connection between the two figures, celebrating a domestic moment that feels both grounded and deeply personal.
