Art Analysis

From the artist, Philippe Monthoux

Close up of yellow tulip with textured blue background. Did you know the name “tulip” is thought to be derived from a Persian word for the word “turban”, which it may have been thought to resemble by those who discovered it? There are 75 species of tulips. They belong to the lily family.
