In this folk-inspired illustration, Branka Kodžoman explores the elegance of symmetry through two stylized flamingos. The birds are rendered with intricate, graphic wing patterns that break their minimalist silhouettes, offering a sophisticated play on traditional animal portraiture. Set against a bold tangerine backdrop, the composition relies on the contrast between the warm, solid ground and the delicate, textured details of the subjects.

The artwork utilizes a portrait orientation to emphasize the long, curving necks and upright posture of the flamingos, creating a sense of quiet poise. By blending modern design sensibilities with a playful, decorative spirit, Kodžoman creates a visual language where texture and color carry as much weight as the forms themselves. The result is a balanced study of shape that feels both grounded and lighthearted.
