In this portrait-oriented work, Daly reimagines the most formidable predator of the Cretaceous period as a figure of whimsical leisure. The composition focuses on the unlikely physical comedy of a T-Rex balancing its massive frame on small wheels, turning a creature typically defined by power into a symbol of lighthearted fun. The vertical alignment emphasizes the dinosaur's height while grounding the action in a singular, focused moment of play.

The artist uses a clear, illustrative style to bridge the gap between natural history and childhood imagination. By stripping away the intensity of the prehistoric world, the work highlights a sense of freedom and the simple pleasure of movement. It is a study in contrast, where the heavy scales of the subject meet the smooth, fast-paced world of skating, resulting in a piece that feels both grounded and delightfully surreal.
