This photo was taken on a beautiful day in Hopfgarten, in the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area. It had snowed for two days and the mountain landscape was transformed into a white wonderland. I love it when the trees have gotten a layer of snow, then it really feels like winter sports. When I saw the red gondola going from the chairlift, I decided I had to take a photo of this. What a beautiful winter scene, the red gondola between the snow-covered trees. Seeing this picture makes me want to go on a winter sports trip. glide down the slopes on skis, or of course on a snowboard.
