In this expansive landscape composition, Carla Daly reimagines the world map as a vibrant habitat for wildlife. Each continent is defined by the animals that call it home, creating a sense of place that is rooted in biology rather than borders. The use of a wide orientation allows the viewer to travel across the oceans and plains, encountering everything from polar bears in the north to kangaroos in the south, all rendered with a gentle, illustrative touch.

The work functions as both an educational tool and a piece of imaginative storytelling. By placing these playful figures within their respective geographic regions, Daly encourages a sense of global connection and environmental awareness. The color palette and friendly character designs ensure the map remains accessible, turning a complex subject into a welcoming space for discovery and wonder.
