In this composition, Carla Daly reimagines the alphabet through a lens of soft, candy-colored tones. Each letter is treated as an individual character, balanced within a vertical grid that emphasizes a sense of order and calm. The palette relies on muted pastels—pinks, blues, and yellows—that feel tactile and light, stripping away the rigid formality of traditional typography to favor something more organic and hand-drawn.

The portrait orientation allows the eye to travel naturally from A to Z, creating a narrative flow that feels both educational and decorative. By focusing on the interplay between negative space and the rounded edges of the letters, Daly creates a rhythmic pattern that anchors a room without overwhelming it. The result is a balanced study of form and color that celebrates the simple joy of learning and the beauty found in basic symbols.
