In this piece, the artist focuses on the repetitive, rhythmic shapes of pink heart lollipops, emphasizing their glossy surfaces and the way light interacts with their sugary density. The vertical composition draws the eye upward through the candy forms, highlighting the subtle variations in hue and the crisp outlines that define each heart against its surroundings.

Solomoniuk avoids sentimentality by leaning into the structural qualities of the subjects. The work explores the intersection of pop culture imagery and formal still life, using the familiar silhouette of the lollipop to experiment with saturation and transparency. It is a grounded observation of texture and play, finding a quiet balance between the artificiality of the candy and the organic warmth of the pink palette.
