In this portrait-oriented composition, Ristova explores the tension between geometric simplicity and the soft, meandering lines of nature. The central sun acts as a heavy, luminous anchor, casting its influence over a landscape defined by a palette of deep oranges and striking pinks. The river flows with a deliberate weight, carving through the space to create a sense of movement that feels both steady and quiet.

The vertical arrangement emphasizes the height of the horizon, drawing the eye upward through layers of saturated color. By stripping away extraneous detail, the work focuses on the raw emotional resonance of the environment, allowing the interplay of light and water to speak through shape and hue alone.
