After two decades dedicated to the precision of printmaking, Oi Fortin accepted a peer’s challenge to step away from the press and into the fast-paced realm of acrylic painting. "Minx" is a product of this "Acrylic Challenge," where the artist navigates the thick viscosity and rapid drying times of a medium that offers a much more intense color saturation than traditional printing inks.
