In this work, Ristova strips away the ornamental to focus on the fundamental relationship between color and boundary. The vertical orientation emphasizes a sense of growth and stability, as each geometric segment leans into the next to create a unified, interlocking whole. The palette is handled with a clarity that allows the viewer to appreciate the subtle tension where one edge meets another.

By arranging these blocks in a portrait format, the artist invites a focused, singular gaze that follows the upward momentum of the shapes. There is a quiet strength in the simplicity of the arrangement, suggesting that even the most basic forms can hold a significant presence when given space to breathe. The result is a study in harmony that feels intentional and solid.
