In this portrait-oriented digital work, Towers leans into a vintage aesthetic to depict a fox amidst its grooming routine. The composition is dense with botanical life, framing the central figure in a way that suggests a hidden, private corner of the natural world. Rather than a fleeting glimpse of movement, the artist captures a moment of stillness, using a muted palette to evoke the texture of old-world natural history illustrations.

The interplay between the fox and the surrounding greenery emphasizes a deep connection to nature. By layering digital strokes that mimic traditional media, Towers creates a tactile quality that feels both nostalgic and intimate. The focus remains on the quiet dignity of the animal, inviting the viewer to observe a private, instinctual act within a rich, overgrown landscape.
