Art Analysis
From the artist, Dan Nelson
This poster was designed in the style of Picasso, for the now defunct Valencia street circuit that hosted the European Grand Prix. The car's design had to be Cubist enough to evoke Picasso, but definitive enough to be recognizable at a glance. Text is solid white to emulate lines and markings on a city street. Dates are from the 2011 season.
