Gold rectangle and scribbled lines
A tall gold rectangle stands in the middle of this digital painting, surrounded by white at the top and bottom. Dark horizontal brushstrokes in black and grey cut across the center, reaching out toward the sides of the frame. Two thin, yellow-gold lines are scribbled over these shapes, one on each side, adding a loose element to the more solid central forms. The composition relies on these intersecting layers of color and line against a plain background.
Small details appear within the central gold shape, where sections of black dots sit on a white ground. These patterned areas break up the solid gold and grey tones. The mix of straight horizontal strokes and wavy, thin lines creates a varied texture across the middle of the image. The colors are limited to a simple group of gold, black, grey, and white.
This piece continues the artist's Deco Lines series, following other works titled Full Moon and Straight Forward.
