In this digital illustration, Müller employs a minimal aesthetic to explore the warmth of a shared life. By stripping away extraneous detail, the artist directs the viewer's attention to the tactile relationship between the subjects, emphasizing the weight of a resting cat and the relaxed posture of its companion. The composition relies on clear shapes and a gentle color story to evoke a sense of safety and belonging within a private, interior world.

The portrait orientation enhances the intimacy of the scene, framing the duo in a way that feels both personal and monumental. Müller’s work demonstrates how digital tools can achieve a hand-drawn feel, utilizing soft textures that soften the graphic nature of the piece. It is a study in how little is needed to communicate a profound sense of comfort, making the ordinary act of sitting together feel like a deliberate form of art.
