In this digital composition, Deificus explores the intersection of geography and graphic art. The Birmingham skyline is reimagined through a minimalist lens, where the intricate sprawl of streets and landmarks is rendered in a striking gold palette. By isolating the city’s form against a clean background, the artist emphasizes the unique silhouette and structural logic of the urban environment, inviting viewers to find beauty in the familiar patterns of a map.

The piece utilizes bold typography and vertical orientation to anchor the viewer’s gaze, blending the practical nature of travel documentation with a sophisticated aesthetic. Every line and coordinate serves a dual purpose: providing a sense of place while contributing to a balanced, graphic harmony. It is a focused meditation on how we orient ourselves within the world, celebrating the architectural character of Birmingham through clean, digital execution.
