Cursive script and ink splatters
This black and white composition centers on three lines of text framed by irregular shapes. The eye begins at the top with a cluster of dark spots and splatters that appear like spilled ink. Below this, two lines of large, flowing cursive script dominate the middle of the frame. The arrangement concludes with a third line of text in a smaller, straight block font, positioned just above a second cluster of splatters at the bottom edge.
The contrast between the two lettering styles provides a clear visual break. While the upper script is loopy and decorative, the bottom line is plain and functional. These black elements stand out sharply against the solid white background. Viola expands on her brief caption about being late by presenting the full phrase as a bold, centered statement that fills the vertical space between the scattered ink marks.
