A painting that emerged out of sheer chaos in my head. When I decided to just let go of myself and my thoughts on canvas. Mindfulness comes from chaos and you connect more to the higher realms when you hit rockbottom in life. Meditation and worship of the almighty helps you control your mind and the thoughts better, at the same time makes you lose yourself and trust in letting go. Impasto style painting completed directly with paints and knife on canvas with no prior sketching or outline.
