In this work, Flow Line explores the boundary between representation and abstraction by stripping away the literal details of a houseplant. The composition utilizes a vertical orientation to emphasize the upward reach of the foliage, grounding the visual weight in a simplified vessel that anchors the fluid lines above. Each stroke suggests the vitality of a living thing while remaining firmly rooted in a graphic, modern aesthetic.

By focusing on the essential silhouette, the artist invites a sense of calm and order into the frame. The interplay of negative space and bold shapes creates a balanced environment where the viewer can appreciate the harmony of the natural world through a stylized, non-traditional perspective. It is a study in how a few well-placed elements can evoke the lushness of a garden within a single, focused frame.
