Stacked squares and vertical streaks
The image is built around three main clusters of squares and rectangles that sit in the middle of the frame. These shapes are stacked from top to bottom against a backdrop of thin, jagged black streaks. The largest square sits at the top right, while smaller blocks and bars gather toward the center and lower sections. The arrangement relies on a simple color scheme of black, white, and a metallic gold, which gives the graphic work the elegant quality the artist mentions.
A closer look reveals that the squares have thick, irregular borders rather than perfectly straight edges. These heavy outlines contrast with the background, where black lines and splatters run vertically from the top edge to the bottom. Some of the rectangular shapes are solid blocks of color, while others appear as frames, creating a layered effect where the different geometric forms overlap one another.
