About Vit

Every sale pays Vit directly.A meaningful share of each purchase goes to the artist.

Adam Vít works from Prague, creating abstract pieces that examine how we perceive digital screens. His paintings navigate the space between the flat interfaces of mobile devices and the tangible reality of paint on canvas. These works have earned placement in the DOX Centre and the Polansky Gallery, marking a rigorous investigation into modern visual habits. In France, Antoine Vit brings an architectural perspective to the canvas, utilizing dry pastel and mixed media to capture European landscapes. His practice, rooted in training at the École d’Architecture de Paris, focuses on the textures of travel and place. Together with the minimalist sculptures of Jan Vít and the visual work of Vit Hopley, this collection represents a diverse range of European artistic traditions.

Visual voice

The aesthetic ranges from the glowing, flat planes of digital-inspired abstraction to the soft, layered textures of dry pastel landscapes. It is defined by a constant dialogue between the physical matter of the medium and the conceptual themes of architecture, theater, and screen perception.
