About Medium

Every sale pays Medium directly.A meaningful share of each purchase goes to the artist.

Medium Design operates at the intersection of architecture and systemic theory, exploring how infrastructure serves as a medium for artistic expression. Led by figures such as Keller Easterling and the Montreal-based collective co-founded by Patrick Evans, the practice investigates the invisible networks—from digital grids to urban policies—that dictate the movement of people and information across global landscapes. The work has gained international recognition through features at the Venice Architecture Biennale and the Istanbul Design Biennale. By focusing on "active form" and the dynamics of migration, these projects move beyond static structures to address the fluid relationships within our built environment, earning accolades such as the Ronald J. Thom Award and a United States Artist Fellowship.
