Her early work earned her the Emerging Artist Bursary from Devon Open Studios in 2018, marking her as a notable voice in the West Country art scene. Working from her studio in Dartington, Bosence focuses on the rugged terrain of Dartmoor and the shifting light of the Cornish coastline. Her process involves building layered compositions that balance personal memory with the physical reality of the natural world. By utilizing gestural marks and textural detail, she captures the atmospheric quality of the moors and the sea.
