Jess Goodall

Jess Goodall is an Artist who lives and works in West London. Inspired by nature, travel, vibrant colours and beautiful forms, her artwork is created in a meticulous and creative style. Painting, drawing and recording what she sees in a detailed and intricate way are trademarks of her realistic style. From a young age drawing and painting has been a fundamental way of expressing herself. Graduating with a First Class BA Honours Degree in Illustration in 2012, she has since been working freelance as an Illustrator in the Film Industry and is currently studying to become a Graphic Designer. The main part of her time in her art studio is spent creating bespoke hand drawn artwork from a range of memorabilia, including Pet Portraits & Contemporary Pencil Portraits. Painting commissions on canvas for peoples houses is also a favourite aspect of her freelance career and this includes consulting with the clients, choosing colours and themes for the artwork. Jess made her introduction into the film industry within the Art Department on Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Combining her love of the creative industry of Art & Design and films, she continued with Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron. Her passion for drawing people and costumes collided and she was appointed Costume Illustrator for James Bond’s Spectre. Next up was concept designing for the medieval world of Guy Ritchie’s King Arthur: Knights of the Round Table. Then onto illustrating costumes for a multiple Oscar winning Designer, who particularly requested her hand drawings whilst working together on J. K. Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts and where to Find Them as well as working on her personal fashion collections. Since then Jess has worked on many exclusive design jobs including illustrating costumes for Sir Elton John and working for Award Winner Joanna Johnston on a very quirky and creative production filmed in the United States.
