It depends. If you're ordering from UK, EU, USA or Australia you won't have to pay import duties or taxes as we print, frame and ship within these destinations (some products only ship from the UK, see above table for details).

For all other regions, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

arthaus cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Absolutely! Live with your art for 30 days, if you change your mind we'll happily take it back. Please see note below regarding how to go about returning a print of frame.

Our returns policy is simple: if for any reason you are not happy with your order, return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund.

• Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
• As soon as we receive your request, we'll send step-by-step instructions on how to return your order
• Repack the item in the original packaging it came in and enclose any dispatch notes – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in
• Once we receive your returned order, we'll replace it or refund it
• All refunds are processed within 28 days

We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.

If your item arrived damaged, please get in touch with a photo of the damage before sending anything back.

If you are a business customer our 30 day guarantee does not apply. Our business order guarantee only covers faulty workmanship or damage whilst in transit.

We take great care packaging our art so it arrives in the perfect condition, therefore it's very rare for our prints and frames to be damaged during transit.

But should that happen, please email us with a photo of the damage before sending anything back, and we'll let you know about the next steps.
