Ochlich’s work often focuses on the intersection of vintage automobiles and urban nightscapes, rendered under what he describes as a bleached photonic patina. By channeling the influence of architectural photographer Julius Shulman, he explores a nostalgic vision of his adopted home. His photography has earned recognition at The Other Art Fair and a first-place win in the Travel category at the 2021 Chromatic Awards for his image "Hudson Hornet."
