For twenty years, he has applied his expertise to photography, visual design, and exhibition development, working closely with the Brazilian government and various cultural institutions to bridge the gap between academic study and public art. His current practice is rooted in an academic nucleus where he analyzes the imaginary relationship of the Amazon Rainforest. This deep research informs a body of work that has been recognized internationally, with exhibitions in New York, Barcelona, and Berlin, and the receipt of the Clap editorial Barcelona Prize in 2013.
