Candela De Bortoli is a Copenhagen-based architect and graphic enthusiast who launched posterHaus in 2020. What began as a 100-day creative challenge during quarantine in Melbourne has evolved into a dedicated exploration of the intersection between photography and digital illustration. Her work is rooted in a continuous search for synthesis, drawing inspiration from the structures and scenes she encounters in her daily life and travels. De Bortoli translates her personal travel photography and observations of infamous buildings into vector-based limited posters. By experimenting with specific color schemes and proportions, she investigates how digital art can reinterpret physical spaces. Each print reflects a disciplined practice that bridges the gap between architectural precision and graphic design.
