I’m an artist based in North London and have studied accounting and finance as a degree at University of Hertfordshire. Two years in to my degree,I decided to leave university to fulfil a career in Finance by gaining practical experience and earning along the way. Although this gave me joy it never gave me the thrill that I was seeking until I retouched upon my passion for art. As a child I've always wanted to be an artist and since leaving university and trying to carve a career in finance I started creating art as a meditative practice for many years but never shared this publicly. More so recently I have revisited my passion for art and found myself being drawn towards the vibrant colours of abstract and contemporary Expressionism where I can let my thoughts go and create beautiful mindful art that serves a deeper purpose to life. Music and dancing are the two major influences that have always impacted my thought process and the way I exhibit myself when approaching a canvas or digital piece. The rhythm and the meaning to any music allows my creativity to flow and imagination to expand, the very essence of music and nostalgic memories from events influence the colour scheme and composition of my artwork. The different mediums I have used are digital, acrylics, alcohol inks, watercolours and oils. I believe art is about finding yourself and being truly creative on your journey, a lot of my work is greatly influenced by my spiritual and mindful journey that has shaped who I am as an individual. My art is my story, influenced by experiences, inspired by events created for the public who like to share this journey with me.
