Marika Barsrsind

Marika Barsrsind is a Kazakhstan-based digital creator and motion designer who brings a technical foundation to her graphic art. After beginning her career in 2010 as an interface designer and system analyst, she pivoted to full-time illustration in 2015. Her practice is shaped by her lived experience as a disabled artist navigating epilepsy and partial deafness, perspectives she integrates into her professional identity. Working from her studio in Kazakhstan, Barsrsind focuses on the intersection of nature and motivational imagery. Her portfolio reflects a transition from rigid systems into fluid, expressive digital forms. By blending her background in design logic with a passion for visual storytelling, she creates works that have gained broad recognition across major global art platforms.
