“Taking photographs is my way of escapism, my camera allows me to enter another world, to create images that are alive in my imagination.” I am a photographic artist from Ireland. I started my photographic career after graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a BA hons in Photography in 1997. Having freelanced as a corporate photographer in London for over 15 years, I then worked internationally for various NGOs. This work reignited my passion for travel and fine art photography. Many of the photos here have been taken while on various trips around the world. Some photos are plan documentary style (specifically the Balconies / New york series) with little or no adjustment, while others demonstrate my desire to paint and have been manipulated, scratched and smudged creating an original piece of art for you ! I hope you enjoy my gallery and find something you like ! All prints are Archival (lasting over 100 years). They are limited edition and are printed to order by a professional photographic lab.
