Anne Martwijit

Anne Martwijit is a digital artist based in Bangkok, Thailand, who builds worlds inhabited by mysterious characters. Her practice is deeply rooted in the exploration of mythology and magic, translating internal experiences into digital paintings that feature witches, fairies, and folkloric entities. Drawing from literary influences like Roald Dahl’s The Witches, she creates a visual language that bridges the gap between personal emotion and ancient legend. Martwijit’s work has earned international acclaim, with her pieces appearing in several WOW x WOW Gallery exhibitions such as Monochromagic 4 and Labyrinth of Dreams. A finalist for the 2022 iCanvas Digital Art Award as part of the Beautiful Bizarre Art Prize, her limited-edition prints reflect a highly specialized focus on the enigmatic and the ethereal. Her distinct approach to character-driven digital art has also been recognized in the Society6 Art Quarterly.
